Leftover Meatloaf = Meatloaf Puffs
Meatloaf Puffs |
We had a pretty good amount of leftover meatloaf this week.
I love meatloaf sandwiches but we’ve already had those this week. I wanted
something different and I couldn’t find a recipe for leftover meatloaf that I
really liked.
I decided to make meatloaf puffs. We had a can of biscuits
in the fridge and they needed to be cooked anyway.
Parmesan Potatoes |
I made Parmesan Baked Potatoes thatI found on Pinterest. I made them before the meatloaf puffs because you can let
them sit out for a little bit before serving.
Meatloaf Puffs
Meatloaf, Cheese, and Biscuits |
Ingredients:
Can of biscuits
Shredded cheese
Leftover Meatloaf
Preheat the oven according to directions on the biscuits. Flatten
out each biscuit. Fill with leftover meatloaf and shredded cheese. Wrap the
biscuit around the filling and pinch the edges.
Meatloaf Puffs Cooked |
Bake the meatloaf puffs according to the biscuit directions.
If they don’t look quite done go ahead and cook them a little longer until the
biscuit is golden brown.
