Place graham crackers in blender to make crumbs. Melt 1 stick of butter in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Press in graham cracker crumbs to make a crust. Top with chocolate chips, coconut, and pecans. Pour condensed milk over entire dish. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Dolly Madison Squares

Some people call these magic bars. I like them and so do most of the people who try them. They are nice to take to the office for a holiday party. I only make these at Christmas and I really do think they are a Fall/Winter sweet.

I’ve done a great deal of Holiday baking in the last two weeks and I’m ready for Christmas to get here so I can stop. I’m not sure why I feel driven to bake so much at Christmas. I love the smells and the result but not the work. Hurry up Christmas!

Note from the Blogger: I wrote this post in 2009. Since then, this has become one of my most popular holiday recipe posts. In 2013 took some new pictures and added them to spruce things up a bit.
Hope you enjoy!.
